Quick suggestion about getting started in the course. Each video is short and concise, about 5 to 7 minutes, and leads to the next video. If you spend just 10 minutes on one or two videos a day, you’ll be through the course in a month or two.. it always comes back to the breath., And breath is infinite, wave by wave.
